Privacy Policy

1. The short version

We collect the minimum we need to guide you: what you type into sign-up and inquiry forms, and the questions you ask our AI guides so they can answer. Your roadmap, progress, and saved documents live on your own device. We don't sell your information. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time.

2. What we collect and why

Contact details you submit (name, email, country, and what business you want to start) when you register as a founding member, request done-for-you help, request a partner match, request a language, or send feedback — used to respond to you, grant early access, and improve the Service.

Conversation content you type or speak to the AI guides, and documents you ask to have translated — sent to our AI provider to generate the response you asked for.

Basic technical information (such as IP address) used for security and rate limiting.

3. What stays on your device

Your profile answers, roadmap, progress, reminders, language preference, and vault documents are stored in your browser's local storage on your device — not on our servers. Clearing your browser data or using “Start over” removes them. If you switch devices, they do not follow you (cloud accounts are a planned feature and this policy will be updated when they launch).

4. Service providers we use

AI processing: Anthropic (Claude) processes the messages and documents you submit, under commercial API terms — Anthropic does not use our API data to train its models.

Data storage: Upstash (Redis) stores sign-ups and inquiries you submit.

Email delivery: Resend delivers notification emails about your inquiries.

Hosting: our web host (e.g. Vercel) processes requests to serve the app.

Voice features use your browser's built-in speech engine; audio is handled by your browser/OS vendor, not sent to our servers.

5. What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't run third-party advertising trackers. We don't collect payment card details (no payments are processed in the Service today).

6. Retention and deletion

We keep sign-up and inquiry records while we operate the founding-member program and for a reasonable period afterward. Email us to access or delete the information we hold about you and we will honor the request within 30 days.

7. International users

The Service is operated from the United States and is designed for users worldwide. By using it you understand your submitted information is processed in the United States. Where local law grants you additional rights (such as under GDPR), you may exercise them by contacting us.

8. Age

The Service is for adults (18+) starting businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We will update this policy as the Service evolves (for example, when accounts, payments, or analytics launch) and will change the “Last updated” date when we do.
