The U.S. Launchpad

Terms of Use

Last updated: July 4, 2026 · This page is provided in English; the English version controls.

1. Who we are and what this is

The U.S. Launchpad (the “Service”) is operated by NJN Training and Consulting (“NJN,” “we,” “us”). The Service provides educational guidance, coaching-style tools, AI-assisted planning, document templates, and progress tracking for people preparing to start a United States business.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice

Everything in the Service — including responses from our AI guides, generated documents, checklists, country playbooks, timelines, and pricing examples — is research-based general education and guidance. It is NOT legal advice, tax advice, accounting (CPA) advice, immigration advice, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional who knows your specific situation.

No attorney–client, accountant–client, or fiduciary relationship is created by using the Service. Regulated steps (such as entity formation, tax filings, and banking applications) should be completed with, or verified by, licensed professionals. The Service can help route you to independent providers; those providers are responsible for their own services.

3. AI-generated content

Parts of the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and may not reflect the most current laws, fees, forms, or provider availability. Always verify important details against official sources (for example, irs.gov or your state's Secretary of State) and with licensed professionals before acting.

4. No guarantees of outcomes

We do not guarantee business formation approval, EIN issuance, bank account approval, income, revenue, clients, or any particular result. Examples, ranges, and timelines in the Service are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your own decisions, effort, and circumstances.

5. Founding-member sign-up

Founding-member registration collects your contact details so we can grant early access and honor early pricing when paid plans launch. Registration itself does not create a paid subscription, and no payment is collected through the Service at this time. Early-pricing terms will be confirmed in writing when paid plans open.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it (including scraping, attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse engineering, or using it to violate any law). You are responsible for decisions you make and for compliance with the laws of the United States and of your own country, including local tax obligations.

7. Your content and our content

You own the information you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to operate the Service (for example, sending your questions to our AI provider to generate a response). Documents generated for you are yours to use in your business.

The Service itself — its design, text, structure, and branding — belongs to NJN and may not be copied or resold.

8. Third-party services

The Service references and links to third parties (for example the IRS, state registries, banks, payment platforms, community platforms, and partner providers). We do not control them, their terms apply to your use of them, and a reference is not an endorsement or guarantee. Availability of third-party services varies by country and changes over time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NJN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have paid nothing).

10. Changes and termination

We may update the Service and these Terms as the product evolves; the “Last updated” date below reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend accounts or access that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
